Maintenance & Remote Monitoring

Optimizing the effectiveness of your chosen chemistry depends on the quality of application. Service and support packages commonly include:

• A lead Anitox Engineer allocated to your account, providing continuity and knowledge retention ​
• Daily remote monitoring of system performance through Anitox SafeSmart ​
• Regular scheduled engineering visits, with frequency determined by throughput & remote monitoring data​
• Trouble shooting and emergency response​
• Group refresher training
• Our Termin-8 application systems support SafeSMART technology. All data collected by SafeSMART is uploaded into Anitox's datalytics portal and available to customers

Mixer CV Assessment & Certification

With evenness of application key to efficacy, establishing and maintaining a good mixer CV is essential. Anitox offers Mixer CV Assessment and Certification Services that include detailed protocols covering system pre-checks as well as sample collecting, handling, bagging and labelling.  Analysis of the samples are conducted by specialists in Anitox laboratories, with mixer CV reports and certificates provided by Anitox technical services.
